A quick note to tell you about the launch of my new publication It's the Strategy.
This will be where I'll publish my business-related writing saving this newsletter to more personal content and style.

It intends to offer unique perspectives and insightful analysis and to cut through the clutter of the growth and marketing space. With a blend of opinion pieces, in-depth analyses, and definitions of fundamental concepts, it strives to be an essential resource for driven entrepreneurs and executive teams.
Why would I do that?
You didn't ask, but I'm still going to explain.
The Topics
This targets some strong-held beliefs about startup growth:
The root cause of many company growth challenges can be traced back to strategy – lack of, diffuse or overall weak strategy. We don’t talk enough about this.
Growth is not a Marketing, Sales or Product topic - it’s a CEO topic. It involves everyone, so it’s the CEO's job.
The Product
It's a question of creating and building a product with what that entails. Crafted with an audience in mind and with a specific purpose. As a new product, it's imperfect. It's a work in progress.
I have many ideas for the future, but the future needs to wait and let the present be.
Sharpening the saw
The dirty little secret of any writing project is that it also serves the author. While writing, I capture, evolve and structure my own ideas. Publishing and sharing serve as a way to “ship it”, to assume that it is done, at least for now.
